I do not like closets in view. However, I do like the long shelves and the boxes on top of them. I am trying to maximize kitchen storage space and thinking of putting (removable) box shelving up there to 1. help keep out dust (since it's box shelves) and 2. maximize kitchen storage space, which is better than before but not great.
